We Listened

We know it can be difficult to get a quick appointment
We know it’s sometimes difficult to get through on the phone
We know you don’t like queuing or waiting for the emergency surgery

Routine Appointments
As before, you can still book to see the doctor of your choice several weeks ahead

More Telephone Appointments
You will have more opportunities to talk with a doctor on the phone. Many problems can be sorted out over the phone so you don’t have to come to the practice

Practice Nurse Appointments for Minor Ailments
You can now see one of our nurses for minor problems

A Doctor Always Around for Emergencies
If you have a really urgent problem, call us as early as possible and a doctor will call you back. If the problem cannot be solved over the phone, they can arrange to see you as soon as needed

Please do not come to be seen at the surgery unless you have been given an appointment
