Camden Breathe Better
Our practice is proud to be a signatory to Camden Breathe Better – a borough-wide initiative that brings together healthcare providers, community groups, and local authorities to tackle the health impacts of air pollution in Camden.
As GPs, we see first-hand how air pollution contributes to a wide range of health problems – especially breathing conditions like asthma and COPD, as well as heart disease and poor child health. Camden Breathe Better aims to raise awareness, support cleaner air measures, and promote practical actions that help everyone breathe easier.
By joining this initiative, we are committing to:
- Raise awareness with patients about how air quality affects health
- Advocate for cleaner air and greener spaces in Camden
- Support active travel , like walking and cycling, where safe and possible
- Reduce our own environmental footprint as a healthcare provider
