We are continuing our attempts at improving access to our appointments.

In order to improve your access to a GP, we will now be offerring routine appointments from 7.00am on some mornings and from 9am to 12am on some Saturday mornings.

Help us to keep your clinical record up to date. Please click on the "clinical record" link at the bottom of this page to update us.

Our "self check area" is now open. Appointments are no longer needed for routine BP checks. We now have a dedicated area in the waiting room eqipped with state of the art electronic equipment with which to measure your own BP. Receptionists will be on hand to assist you. Height and weight can also be checked.

The Minor Ailment Scheme can enable you to get prompt treatment for a range of minor health problems. For further details see the link under Practice Information.

GP Appointments

calendarYou can make an appointment in person at reception or by telephoning the surgery.  Appointments are for 10 minutes and run from 09.00 - 10.20 and 14.00 - 18.20.  We also offer routine appointments on Saturday Mornings  and on some weekday morning  from 7.00am.

Please try to be on time for your appointment.  If you are more than 10 minutes late it may not always be possible for you to be seen.

We encourage patients to try to see their usual doctor each time and particularly to see the same doctor for the same problem.  However, you can choose to see another doctor if you wish.

When attending for your scheduled appointment please try out our electronic check in.  This will log details of your arrival and automatically inform the GP/Practice nurse of the fact that you are now waiting to be seen

If you are unable to attend your appointment please ring to cancel it so that it can be offered to someone else.  You can cancel your appointment by telephone on our main switchboard number 020 3317 5345 (choose option 1 for appointments and then select 2 to cancel an appointment) .
