Other Teams
Health Visitors
Telephone: 020 3317 3032
The health visitors are nurses who are specially trained in child, family and public health. All families with children under 5 can contact the health visitors for advice and support by contacting the above number.
District Nurses
Telephone: 020 3317 3400
The district nurses provide nursing care for people who are housebound. They can also give advice and help if you are looking after a friend or relative including loaning nursing equipment if necessary. If you would like further information about this service, please contact the number above.
Community Midwives
Along with the doctors and health visitors, the community midwives offer a full antenatal service including antenatal classes, shared care with the hospital, midwife-led deliveries in the hospital and at home. Midwife appointments are available on a Friday afternoon.
Please note that this option is only for women booked for pregnancy care and delivery at the UCLH hospital.
Interpreting and Advocacy
Interpreting and advocacy can be provided in many other different languages upon request. Please do let us know in advance so that this can be appropriately arranged for you.
Substance Misuse Clinic
We run a twice weekly clinic offering help to those with substance misuse problems registered with the practice. We would encourage you to talk with your GP if you have a drug or alcohol problem as help is readily available.
